Japan is one of the most important global markets, with strong support and investment from headquarters. This role is highly visible to the U.S. head office, giving you the opportunity to directly influence business results and growth.

As Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in driving brand growth in Japan. Your decisions will directly shape the future direction of the business and the brand.

We are looking for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-changing environment and is eager to help build both the brand and the team during this exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the Japanese market

  • Lead new product launches (naming, labeling, promotional assets) to achieve sales targets

  • Drive B2B initiatives to build trust with physicians and clinics (events, educational materials)

  • Expand consumer visibility through PR, media, and events

  • Oversee budget management, sales ROI analysis, and reporting

  • Identify long-term growth opportunities (pipeline, portfolio, category expansion)

  • Lead and coach a marketing team, fostering collaboration across Sales, Training, and Supply Chain

Job requirements

  1. 10+ years’ marketing experience, incl. 3+ years in integrated brand marketing (strategy, product, PR)

  2. 5+ years’ experience in skincare, aesthetic medicine, or related healthcare/beauty industries

  3. Experience working in multinational/global organizations

  4. Strong background in physician/clinic-focused marketing is a plus

  5. 3+ years of people management experience

  6. Proven track record in driving both short- and long-term brand growth

  7. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

  8. Native-level Japanese; business-level English
